Phew it was the first frost for us in Bush on November 13th. Tonight it is supposed to slightly freeze again, but after that its back into the 60s! (for the lows). Right now we have been busy bee picking sweet potatoes and their leaves, clipping frost sensitive herbs, covering up new citrus trees with bed sheets and processing everything. Phew, so far its been a kick in the butt, considering we both work 40+ hour a week jobs. Perhaps for Friday’s blog post I’ll have a bunch of pictures of everything we’ve harvested that has taken over our kitchen.
